Employability Skill Development Program for Students is a program to develop the students in prefinal and final year of graduation and post- graduation for their dream jobs by handholding them throughout and preparing them in the 6 most important areas: Soft Skills, Aptitude Skills, Technology Skills, Emotional Skills, Labs and Hands on Industry Experience. ESDP™ is surely not for the light hearted people, it involves rigorous training for 3 months + 1 month of project.

Industry is in a hurry and is looking for Perfection!The biggest problem with Industry is that it’s always in a hurry and wants ready-made workforce which can be deployed on the project immediately or in the shortest possible time and this is also true for an individual who is planning to start his or her Startup. Keeping this in mind, iTrack has designed ESDP™ to prepare Youngsters in the latest Technology along with Soft Skills, Aptitude Skill and with Hands on Industry Experience.
